(COVID-19) vaccines have gained widespread use across the globe to prevent further spread of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. Early studies and surveillance data suggest these vaccines are associated with no significant adverse events other than very rare anaphylaxis. 1, 2 Surveillance for other reactions continues.
