MOHAMMADREZA ASKARI SEPESTANAKI was born in Ghazvin, Iran, in 1997. He received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Emam Mohammad Bagher Sari-Mazandaran University in 2019, and the M.Sc. degree in Control Engineering from the University of Zanjan in 2021.
