The Spt-Ada-Gcn5 acetyltransferase (SAGA) complex is a highly conserved, 19-subunit
histone acetyltransferase complex that activates transcription through acetylation and
deubiquitination of nucleosomal histones in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Because SAGA has
