Free radicals in Cladosporium cladosporioides cultured with amphotericin B were
spectroscopically studied. The effect of drug concentrations on free radicals in the fungal
melanin biopolymer was examined. It was pointed out that the concentrations of free radicals
in the complexes of Cladosporium cladosporioides mycelium with amphotericin B depend
on the drug concentrations. Eumelanin dominates in the fungal studied samples. The slow
