抄録 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are important components of the regulatory network of
ectomycorrhizal (ECM) symbiosis. To unravel the mechanisms of miRNAs and miRNA-
mediated mRNA cleavage during ECM symbiosis, we carried out the high-throughput
sequencing of small RNAs and degradome tags of symbiont of Populus tomentosa roots and
