Unusual presentations of primary and metastatic adenoid cystic carcinoma involving the skin

Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is most commonly seen in the salivary glands but may
occur at other sites. Primary or metastatic involvement of the skin is unusual. We report 2
cases of ACC with unusual presentation. In the first case, a 55-year-old woman presented
with a cutaneous lesion on the right shin, and final pathology showed ACC. An
