28.1: OLEDs on textile substrates with planarization and encapsulation using multilayers for wearable displays
SID Symposium Digest of Technical Papers, 2014•Wiley Online Library
We suggest organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) fabricated on textile substrates. 3.5 dyads
of an aluminum oxide (Al2O3)–poly (vinyl alcohol)(PVA) multilayer were used for
planarization and encapsulation. The fabricated device showed similar performances and
cell images after 400 h in ambient air.
