In investigating the complex issues of the enterprise, the integrated approach to concepts is the real solution to solve them. Because every company operates in terms of risk, this concept has become a buzzword. Risk is an inherent component which occurs in business activities at all levels. Given the fact that risk is an important element in achieving the objectives of the enterprise, this paper presents an elementary method for assessing the overall risk of the enterprise by integrating the HAZOP method and the qualitative analysis. Real risk assessment helps to achieve business objectives, to develop competitive advantage and to develop opportunities.
