BACKGROUND: Risk factors of cardiovascular disease such as lipid aberrations,
hypertension, abdominal adiposity and elevations in systemic inflammation, are prominent
aetiologies in hyperlipidemia. Supplementation with n-3 PUFA is associated with a reduction
