MROs located in the United Arab Emirates were considered for testing the physical
environment factors for this case study. This case study aims to provide the status of different
physical environment factor of organization causing problems at work for individuals working
in aircraft maintenance organizations. The result of the study indicated that MROs in UAE
are providing a conducive working atmosphere to employees, however, the lack of
workplace is still an area for improvement.
