This paper is a comparative study of vegetation between actual times and Neolithic times.
These reconstruction attempts were made with the help of archaeobotanical and
dendrological analyzes. Based on these analyses we managed to reveal which tree species
populated the prehistoric area from Limba-Oarda de Jos. Accordingly with these results we
state that species like Quercus robur, Alnus glutinosa, Ulmus minor, Cornus mas and
Sambucus nigra were populated the target area of our study.
