Abstract The Cu–Ni nanoalloy phase diagram respecting the nanoparticle size as an extra
variable was calculated by the CALPHAD method. The samples of the Cu–Ni nanoalloys
were prepared by the solvothermal synthesis from metal precursors. The samples were
