The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of pre-exhaustion (PE) of the
biceps brachii muscle (BB) on the number of repetitions and the rate of perceived exertion
(RPE) in the front lat pull-down (FLPD) using different handgrip positions. Additionally, the
effect of sex and its interaction with performance and the RPE were also examined. The
