FLUTTER flight testing relies on the in-flight measurement of the aircraft modal
characteristics at a number of preflutter airspeeds. To that effect, a test aircraft is
instrumented with a range of sensors located at key locations to capture the aeroelastic
modes that participate in the structural dynamics of the aircraft, namely, in the flutter
