Abstract
The level of development of decision support methods from the medical field, business field, food security field or other field shows the development of the technique. In the management of human resources in a university has long been done, but see the condition of human resources at a university. The term uses a weighted decision method but uses a discrete concept. Decision-making methods taken discreetly will significantly hurt the employees of the institution. The handling of rating thresholds with ranking concepts classified into four categories of rankings. This study aims to minimize the idea of discrete so that employees can wisely accept the decision of the university's human resources bureau. In this system built input in the form of assessment criteria has been established by the Bureau of Human Resources University. The data include hours of work, discipline, report quality, loyalty, and service. The weight is calculated using the fuzzy concept of Tsukamoto method. Methods can represent well. Because the test results could validate the results of calculations from the University Human Resources Division.
