Moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) was 1457.97±1970.90 MET, 47.46% of women reached at least 150 min/wk MVPA, so they fulfil recommendation requirement of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). 77.97% was satisfied/very satisfied with QoL, 81.35% with SRH. They were less satisfied with psychological (15.15±2.28) and most with environmental domains (16.72±2.42) of QoL. Physical domain showed negative correlation (R=–0.318, p= 0,014) with moderate work activity and positive correlation (R= 0.304, p= 0.019) with active transportation. Psychological domain correlated adversely with moderate work (R=–0.291, p= 0.027) and positively with moderate recreation (R= 0.258, p= 0.048). Conclusion: Our results revealed positive effects of moderate recreation and active transport on QoL in pregnancy.
