Photodetectors have attracted extensive research interest owing to their widespread
applications. Although perovskite crystals with outstanding optoelectronic properties have
proved to be promising candidates for photodetectors, the development is hindered by the
instability of perovskite crystals. In this work, we fabricated the photodetector based on high

Abstract
Photodetectors have attracted extensive research interest owing to their widespread applications. Although perovskite crystals with outstanding optoelectronic properties have proved to be promising candidates for photodetectors, the development is hindered by the instability of perovskite crystals. In this work, we fabricated the photodetector based on high quality Cs 2 AgBiCl 6 crystals. Under 415 nm excitation (0.72 mW cm− 2) at voltage of 20 V, the photodetector exhibits good responsivity of 4.45 μA W− 1 and detectivity of 2.75× 10 8 Jones, respectively.
