The sector of Multifunctional Textiles and Wearables is a new and rapibly evolving sector and so are the curriculum of University courses. A significant number of them, are building the laboratory part of the courses, based on the Arduino-Lilipad platform. The presentation reports the experience from a laboratory course based on project work on Lilipad platform and in terms of pedagogy, practicallity and full and efficient coverage of the sector. The experiience shows that as far as the laboratory course aims mainly to skills acquizition, they are served quite effectively and efficiently, which on the other hand, is not happening with the knowledge related targets.
