In this paper, the optical breather and its molecular form in optical fiber systems are
considered as the main research object. Mode conversions and interactions between
breathers and the other nonlinear waves are analyzed by parameter control. Interestingly,
we find that breathers can amplify or compress other types of nonlinear waves by interacting
with them. Finally, the constraints for the formations of different types of optical breather
