The optical properties of human cranial bones were measured in the wavelength range 800-
2000 nm. The measurements were carried out using the commercially available
spectrophotometer with an integrating sphere. The inverse adding-doubling method was
used to determine the absorption and reduced scattering coefficients from the
measurements.
