The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on
organizational commitment and its impact on employee discipline. The study was conducted
by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents. Research data were analyzed using
structural equation modeling. The research produced findings that leadership and
motivation had a significant effect on the positive direction of organizational commitment and
had an impact on employee discipline
