This paper presents a technique to enhance an overall performance of advanced recycling
folded cascode operational transconductance amplifier (RFC OTA). It adopts an input stage
comprising a cross coupled MOS differential pair biased by a constant DC current source in
addition to an adjustable floating voltage source. The proposed modification shows a
substantial improvement in transconductance leading to boost dc gain, gain-bandwidth and
