Chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency (CCCI) refers to a chronic decrease in cerebral
blood perfusion, which may lead to cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders such as
depression, and acute ischemic stroke. Remote limb ischemic conditioning (RLIC), in which
