Sequence similarity in the 16S rDNA gene confirmed that crucifer pathogen Pseudomonas
syringae pv. alisalensis belongs to P. syringae sensu lato. In reciprocal DNA/DNA
hybridization experiments, DNA relatedness was high (69–100%) between P. syringae pv.
