Resectable Thymoma: Treatment Outcome and Prognostic Factors in the Late Adolescent and Adult Age Group: Brief Clinical Report
The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic outcome and prognostic factors in 36
patients with resectable thymoma who were referred to our clinic following surgical
resection. The median age was 45 years, ranging from 19 to 72 years. Myastenia gravis was
observed in 28 patients (77.7%). The most frequent histologic subtype was epithelial (n= 21,
