Resource allocation in uplink wireless multi-cell OFDMA networks
We propose resource allocation models for wireless multi-cell orthogonal frequency division
multiple access (OFDMA) networks. The models maximize signal to interference noise ratio
(SINR) and capacity with SINR produced in an OFDMA network subject to user power and
subcarrier assignment constraints. We derive mixed integer programming formulations for
