This study presents the measurement of radon emanation from uranium ore body and the ef-
fects of ventilation parameters on" Rn concentration in underground uranium mine air at
Jaduguda, India. The study revealed that" Rn emanation rate from the ore body varied in the
range of 0.22–51.84* 10" Bq m* s" with average value of 1811+ 1566 x 10" Bq m* s". The
empirical relationship obtained between “Rn emanation rate and" Ra content of ore showed
