Thermo-responsive copolymer, Agar agar-graft-poly (N-vinylcaproactam)(AA-g-PnVCL) was
prepared by grafting N-vinylcaprolactam units onto the Agar backbone. Graft copolymer was
synthesized by free-radical polymerization, using 2, 2′-Azobis (2, 4-dimethylvaleronitrile)(
