This paper describes the Canadian Meteor Orbit Radar (CMOR) that has been in operation
since late 2001. CMOR is a 3 station meteor radar operating at a frequency of 29.85 MHz
near Tavistock, Ont. To avoid bias against fragmenting meteoroids that is inherent in the
