Methods: The patient is a 65 yo female who presented to a tertiary care center with acute on
chronic decompensated systolic heart failure (HF). Her ejection fraction was 25%, CI= 1.9
L/min/m2, PCWP= 9 mmHg, CVP= 4 mmHg, PAP= 26/11 mmHg, MAP= 68mmHg. Her serum
