Globally, cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are among the leading causes of death. In light of
the high prevalence and mortality of CVDs, it is imperative to understand the molecules
involved in CVD pathogenesis and the signaling pathways that they initiate. This may
facilitate the development of more precise and expedient diagnostic techniques, the
identification of more effective prognostic molecules and the identification of potential
therapeutic targets. Numerous studies have examined the role of lncRNAs, such as TUG1, in …

In light of the high prevalence and mortality of CVDs, it is imperative to understand the molecules involved in CVD pathogenesis and the signaling pathways that they initiate. This may facilitate the development of more precise and expedient diagnostic techniques, the identification of more effective prognostic molecules and the identification of potential therapeutic targets. Numerous studies have examined the role of lncRNAs, such as TUG1, in CVD pathogenesis in recent years. According to this review article, TUG1 can be considered a biomarker for predicting the prognosis of CVD.
