Objectives To determine the possible prognostic indicators of unilateral vocal fold paralysis
(UVFP) and survey the timing and values of preset laryngeal electromyography (LEMG)
rules for UVFP. Design Cohort study with retrospective data analysis. Setting Voice clinic of
