Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine the effect of time management on academic performance among undergraduate student-athlete in UiTM Puncak Alam. The sample selection was from undergraduate student-athlete among Physical and Health Education in the Faculty of Education UiTM Puncak Alam. The sample was selected using a convenience sampling approach. The study involved 202 respondents (111= male, 91= female) among Physical and Health Education undergraduate student-athlete from semester 1 to semester 8. Besides, the data analysis method that has been used for the first and second research questions was used descriptive statistics to find out the mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage of the data while the third research question was used Pearson Correlation to determine the relationship between time management and academic performance. The item used in the study is the 10-item Time Management Inventory and the 8-item Academic Performance. An online questionnaire was distributed to the respondent as the main tool to collect the data using a snowballing technique. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 26 was used to analyze all the data in this study. The result revealed that there is a significance relationship between time management and academic performance which indicates a moderate relationship between both variables.
