It was obtained P. aurantiaca В-162/17 strain–a producer of phenazine antibiotics (level of
production of 210 mg/l) on minimal medium М9 containing glucose (0, 8%). Optimum

Regulatory mutants of Pseudomonas aurantiaca capable of phenazine super production
were created with the help of NG-mutagenesis followed by selection on toxic analogues of
aromatic amino acids. It was shown that mutant strains have a higher level of N-
