Abstract
Our most effective weapon against infectious diseases is vaccines, protecting public health. Using empirical methods, vaccine development and dissemination have been time-consuming and expensive. However, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are transforming every step of this vital journey, from vaccine creation to dissemination. This paper presents an overview of the use of AI and ML for vaccine research and briefs how AI and ML enhance efficacy in vaccine production and distribution. AI and ML anticipate and discover ideal antigen targets and immunogenic epitopes, expediting antigen selection. Researchers can create vaccines with strong immune responses using computational methods. AI and ML help optimize adjuvant selection and vaccine composition. Using safe and effective data, predictive modeling aids vaccine development in preclinical testing. AI helps vaccine manufacturers to improve quality and efficiency. AI and ML also provide vaccine distribution real-time tracking and allocation strategy analysis. By assessing requirements and forecasting obstacles, these technologies help ensure regulatory compliance which in turn aids in improving public health. In the future, this combination of healthcare and AI ML technology could make the globe healthier and more resilient by suggesting personalized Vaccination, campaigning to overcome Anti-Vaccine Sentiment, enhanced surveillance, etc.
