The coronavirus (COVID-19) has spread rapidly across the world and been declared a
pandemic by the World Health Organization. One of the ways to combat COVID-19 and other
infectious diseases is to boost the immune system. It is, therefore, of utmost importance to
eat well and consume foods that boost the immune system. This study investigated the effect
