One way to increase the added value of agricultural products is through product processing in an agro-industry. One of the superior fruit commodities produced in Indonesia is bananas. Apart from being consumed directly, bananas are also processed into various profitable processed food products. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of banana cake products at UMKM Bolen Ny. Lien's. The basic method used is analytical descriptive. The object of this research is UMKM Bolen Ny. Lien's, which is an MSME that processes banana-based food and has a distribution permit and is halal from the MUI. Research data collection was carried out in December 2022-January 2023. The data analysis method used to answer the objectives in this study was cost analysis, R/C ratio and Break Even Point (BEP). The results obtained showed that the variant Ny. Lien's in the form of chocolate banana cake, cheese and chocolate cheese has a positive income value, the value of the R/C Ratio is more than 1 (R/C Ratio> 1) and the BEP unit and the price is greater than the amount of production and the selling price means that the business is running profitably and worth running.
