Expired micardis (MIC) drug was investigated as an inhibitor for the corrosion of the
aluminum electrode in 1.0 M HCl solution. The anticorrosive efficacy was determined by
chemical and electrochemical techniques. The outcomes indicated that the efficacy of
inhibition raised with the increasing doses of expired MIC and with lowering temperature.
