Due to do Covid-19 outbreak that occured in Wuhan, China in March 2019, there is a chaotic situation in the world, especially in the field of economy. Countries, health, food, unemployment, economic recession are common problems. During the pandemic period where no defnite prediction can be given about when it will end CEOs who are at the head of the management of companies in the crisis vortex, come to the fore. The first goal of these individuals who are managers and planners of large scale compnaies is profit. Profitable companies are also indicators of good economies. The predictions of CEOs who are best guides of companies for crisis periods, are the most important criteria for easily overcoming financial difficulties. CEOs are leaders who are responsible for their country and public as well as company stakeholders. Criticals decisions and practices taken by CEOs in extraordinary siutations such as the pandemic process guide the economies of the countries. In this study, telecommuting decisions made by CEOs for their companies during the pandemic period were examined.
