The potency of hot water, cool water and ethanoilc extracts of bark and leaves of Psidium
guajava, leaves of Vernonia amydalina, Carica papaya and whole plant of Phyllanthus niruri
were assessed against isolates of Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas
