An investigation was held among117 children and teenagers (average age–13.5), devided into 4 groups according to the level of the arterial tension and weight. In this investigation the role of the modified risk factors (sedentary life, nourishment culture, influence of the chronic stress, smoking and alcohol consuming) and non-modified risk factors (genetic burden in cardio-vascular diseases) in the realization of primary arterial hypertension at children were investigated. It was also estimated the role of leptin, catecholamines and insulin resistance (HOMA) in early diagnostic of metabolic and hormonal disorders at children with arterial hypertension, overweight and obesity.
