Publisher Summary In the condition where bifurcations are unavoidable, a study is proposed
those which allow a simple description, but which at the same time are generic, that is, are
general enough to be present in maps of a Baire subset. The study has its original
motivation in the work on generic properties of dynamical systems as performed by Peixoto,
