High-temperature superfluidity of copper was investigated. A thermodiffusion study in the
temperature ranges of melting of copper and iron was performed under contact between
solid iron and liquid copper at various temperatures and various times of diffusion contact. It
was found that copper rose over the rod to the level of the furnace cover about 50 mm above
the liquid metal.
