Purpose: To correlate targeting deviation in external beam radiation therapy with site of
relapse in a prospective study of 174 patients treated for medulloblastoma. Methods and
Materials: Between February 1992 and February 1998 the radiotherapy treatment records
were reviewed by a panel of radiation oncologists for 174 children treated with radiation
