A method is developed for rapid design and easy verification of intelligent nanoparticle-
based agents, which implement basic logic YES and NOT functions. The spectral-phase
interferometry was used for investigation of kinetic parameters of various candidate
molecules to enhance efficiency of the biomolecular interfaces responsible for logic-gating.
