Discussion Bioprosthetic valve can fail for a number of reasons including fibrotic pannus
ingrowth, endocarditis, degeneration and thrombosis [15],[16]. Risk factors for BV thrombosis
can be divided into patient-related (such as pro-thrombotic states), procedural-related
