Vertically aligned and random oriented crystalline molecular nanorods of organic
semiconducting Zinc Phthalocyanine (ZnPc) have been grown on ITO coated glass
substrate using solvent volatilization method. Interesting changes in surface morphology
were observed under different solvent treatment. Vertically aligned nanorods of ZnPc thin
film were observed in the films treated with acetone, where as the random oriented
