This study aims to determine the significance effect of collage activity on fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years. The study involved 14 children who were found to have low smooth motor development outcomes with experimental methods. The data collection technique used observation and analyzed using t-test through SPSS 17 program. The result of the analysis showed that collage activity had a significant effect on the development of fine motor skills of children (t-hitung=-12, 916 with p= 0,000). Smooth motor correlation of children before and after treatment using very strong collage with r= 0.992 or close to 1 and significant at 95% confidence level because p< 0, 05. Based on the analysis results can be concluded that the provision of collage activity has a very significant effect on the development of fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years, so that collage activity can be recommended as an alternative to help improve the fine motor skills of children.
