Physical properties of Ag-doped cadmium telluride thin films fabricated by closed-space sublimation technique
Cadmium telluride (CdTe) thin films were prepared by the closed-space sublimation (CSS)
technique, using CdTe powder as evaporant onto substrates of water-white glass. In the next
