This case report describes the clinical course and management of a 62 year old male
presented with sudden onset breathlessness for 15 days. On examination, he had pallor and
splenomegaly. Bone marrow examination revealed near-total replacement of normal
hematopoietic components by plasmablasts and large bizarre cells with anaplastic features
